F&B Cash Voucher

• Valid for a la carte menu only.
• The voucher may not be used for set menu items, promotional or discounted items, or alcoholic drinks.
• No change is given if purchase value is less than the value of this voucher.
• Any purchases in excess of the voucher value must be settled directly with the merchant, subject to applicable taxes and charges.

Beauty

• Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at the outlet for verification.

Slimming

• Not valid for menstruating or pregnant women.

Home Service 

• Customers must ensure necessary permission is obtained for work done in rented or non-landed property.

Activities

• Tickets are valid for one-time entry only.

Retail (Goods)

• The voucher may not be used for promotional or discounted items.
• Vouchers are to be used for one-time purchase only.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Online Vouchers

• Vouchers that have been purchased are not refundable or exchangeable for other promotional packages.

• Any amount that exceeds the value of this voucher must be paid upon checkout on the partner’s website.

Travel

• Passports must have a min. The validity of 6 months from expiry date on date of travel. 
• Visa application (where applicable) and personal travel documents are the sole responsibility of travellers.
• Rate is inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.
• No refund or cancellations allowed upon confirmation of bookings.
• No-shows forfeit Fave voucher.
