This partnership is part of the Fave Open Loyalty Network. It is a strategic partnership initiative that enables other mobile payment partners like Kayaaku to scan Fave Duitnow QR codes at participating FavePay stores, and provide customers the additional customer loyalty benefits and widen their reach of merchants.

 

Any transaction made at Fave Duitnow QR merchants using Kayaaku app will enable users to receive and redeem Partner Cashback.

All Kayaaku users in Malaysia can access and benefit from the Fave Open Loyalty Network.


Kayaaku users can scan the Fave Duitnow QR code at any FavePay merchants for payment using Kayaaku app.

Upon payment confirmation, users will earn FavePay Partner Cashback on the transaction.

Users can view the Partner Cashback they earned from the Kayaaku app itself, and use it on their next payment.

There are 2 types of cashback:

  1. Fave Credits (Cashback): These are valid for 3 months from the date of issuance to offset your future transactions on Fave app, be it FavePay, Fave deals, or eCards. 
  2. Fave Partner Cashback: This cashback is the return of a percentage of your total bill (not including any amount paid with promo codes and cashback) in the form of partner cashback. For example, the restaurant offers a 15% cashback. Your total bill at XYZ Restaurant is RM10 and you pay RM2 in cashback, while RM8 is paid for in cash.  After a successful FavePay transaction, you will receive RM1.20 (15% of cash amount paid) in partner cashback that can be used during your next visit at XYZ Restaurant. This cashback will be added to your partner cashback. You can use the cashback for your next FavePay transaction with the same partner as they are valid for 2-3 months.
